TEXT: PROVERBS 18:21 – Death and life are in the power of the tongue; And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
TESTIMONY: I was disturbed by the sudden presence of a deadly spider in my car and my concern was about its poisonous venom then one day I saw it again in my car and it hid in a tiny hole. I just said to it, die. Some hours later, I returned to the car and saw it dead by the side of the hole. This is proof that our tongue carries power.
By human knowledge and research, the average person speaks at least 7,000 words a day with many speaking more than that and the average woman speaks about 20,000 words a day. And you know that your words define who you are.
In the multitudes of the words you speak a day, what is the positive impact of those words in your world? Amazingly, when you curse your child or family, it goes to create problems. There is a connection between the hand of God and the tongue of man. Every blessing you need is waiting for your command. We must also understand that the foundation of the tongue is the mind – what you conceive, you speak and what you speak, you see. The devil is interested in the corruption of the mind of man.
